I was referred to Dr. Kunas office since my primary dentist could not get me in for over a month for a molar extraction. I was impressed with Dr. Kunas when I met him at my exam a few days before my surgery. He is kind and soft spoken, gentle, etc. However, I began having extreme pain 2 days after the surgery. I called to ask what I should do about that. No one answered the phone during business hours. I left a voicemail asking for a call back and no one ever returned my call. I called 2 more times with no answer. I called my primary dentist and they saw me straight away and gave me relief with dry socket paste and did not charge me for the visit. It is very disheartening that no one checked in with me or simply returned my call. The cost of the extraction was a small fortune in my world, and I would expect at least some decent customer service. I now feel like a number, not a patient that is cared about. I will not seek care from this provider again. I'm not one to leave reviews typically, but $600 later, I'm a little salty.

Dr. Kunas and his staff are very caring and amazing. They went over the procedure and payment with me and explained it so well. They made me feel very comfortable. Ashley, one of his dental hygienists, was also very nice and made me feel at home. I definitely will recommend Dr. Kunas and his staff to anyone that needs a dental procedure. Thank you again for your care and kindness. 😊😊😁😁

Dr. Kunas and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to get to know you personally and do a great job clearly explaining any procedures. I couldn't have been more comfortable and well cared for!

I rarely post reviews, but the Dr. Kunas and his staff are beyond stellar! He took his time to explain things in a way that was clear and easy to understand. His staff were prompt in handling insurance issues. Great people! Great business!

Dr. Kunas and his staff are fantastic! I saw him a couple years ago, but I still recommend him to everybody I know. Great bedside manner, very friendly atmosphere, and his assistant, Ashley, was awesome! He even called to check on me following my procedure. All in all, wonderful experience.
